How long have you been in business?
Southeast Texas Water has been in business for over 50 years, are founding members of the Better Business Bureau in Beaumont.
What is your primary product or service?
We provide the great people of Southeast Texas with water filtration (well or city), bottled drinking water, as well as commercial and industrial water treatment applications (RO/DI).
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our business has been family owned and operated since 1956.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We pride ourselves on customer service. If we make a mistake and cannot correct it, we will refund your money - no questions asked.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have operations in both Beaumont, Texas and Lake Charles, Louisiana.
